disruptions
When things are going smoothly, we tend to stay on the same course. The same speed. The same route.
But when an obstacle comes in the way, we slow down, we speed up, we find another path.
I don’t think any of us like when something gets unexpectedly disrupted.
But when something does, it’s a new time to learn, a new time to grow.
And ultimately, that’s what we want out of life. To learn, to grow, to be and experience more of who we are.
It’s like driving down a path and you had to take a different route. You didn’t want to take that route but when you did, you found something beautiful. You found something you would have never seen otherwise. And when you came back to your regular route, you saw it with new eyes, with a fresh perspective.
All of life is a disruption right now. But that hasn’t limited the opportunity to learn and grow.
And when things go back to normal again, we’ll all have the opportunity to see life through a new lens.
