Waiting for You

We all have hidden greatness within us.  Sometimes we don’t even know it’s there.  Sometimes, we don’t realize how truly special we are.  Sometimes we don’t know that the skills we have to offer could bring something unique and irreplaceable into this world.

In 1482, Leonardo da Vinci couldn’t find a job.  He decided to apply with the city of Milan.  He put together a cover letter and a resume.  He wrote down the skills he had and then at the end he added that he could also paint and sculpt. 

The things you love, the things that bring you joy, the things that bring you hope… just might do the same for the rest of us.  Don’t be afraid to step out and offer yourself to the world, we might just be waiting for you.
