Even when I’m not, I’m addicted to my phone
Addicted to a lot of things I’d rather not be
And not because all addictions are bad
But because there are some really amazing things I want to do and see and explore and learn
And being on my phone really isn’t one of them
I’m into Wim Hoff but want to learn even more about breathing
I love my evening tea but want to learn more about tea
I want to learn more about somatic exercises and EMDR
I want to study sleep and habits
Basically, I want to be a Huberman Lab or a Tim Ferris experiment
But alas, on July 1, I plan on launching my own 6-month lab
The goal is pretty simple, to turn the phone from an addiction to a resource
To turn mindless flips of the phone to micro-learning, silence, and deep breathing
It’ll be called Breathwork & Tea and it will be my little journey (and open to anyone of course) to regain the life I want to live
