Making Moments

I grew up and went to high school with people I knew for 18 years. I lived and learned with the same people at college for 4 years. I worked with some of the same people at my job for 15 years. 

And yet… some of the people I’m closest with in life are those that I went on a 2-week trip with or those who I simply had a memorable experience with.    

It’s not always time but it’s the moments you share that make a relationship last.  

It’s the bond you create by the intensity of what you’ve gone through. When I traveled to Romania and Ukraine, the first person to open the door for me was Alec, and I knew right away, I’d know him for life. We were about to create moments together that would last a lifetime.  

When you’re looking to build relationships whether in a team setting or in friendships, make the moments that will last forever.
