it's honorable just to try

Life is challenging.

The best we can do sometimes is simply to try. 

I used to be fairly judgmental. 

Then some hard things happened in my life.  Heartbreak happened.  Death happened. Things didn’t go my way. 

 And I learned how hard it is to get out of bed some days.  How hard it can be simply to show up. 

 Some days, the best you can do is simply to try. 

And that’s ok.  It’s ok to fail.  It’s ok not to have it together.  

And it’s an honorable thing just to try and show up for another day.
