You Made It

I sat and waited for words to come to me.

They never came.

So I started writing.

And then I hit delete.  And wrote some more words.  

2 steps forward and 1 step back they might say.

Maybe, writing a blog has more in common with life than one would think.

The unknown of where the words are headed.  The missteps along the way.  The hitting backspace only to try again from where you last left off.

And then ultimately, making it to the conclusion.

Was it all you wanted it to be?

Yes, no, maybe, partly, all of the above.

And whichever it is, it’s okay, because in the end, you made it.
