What we believe changes everything.  It changes each day.  It changes our moments.  It changes our movements.  

In life, inevitably, we face challenges.  We face hardships.  We face suffering.

We’ve likely all set many goals.  Maybe each year, maybe even more often.  There are always things we are striving to reach.  And there are always obstacles along the way.  

The key is believing more in your achievement of the goal than the obstacle of the challenge.
