Sometimes the hardest thing in life is simply to move. 

We go through things in life that not only challenge us, but try to defeat us.  Things happen in life that get us down.  Things that discourage us, depress us, and cause us to lose heart.

It’s hard to get out of bed.  It’s hard to go to sleep.  It’s hard to get to work.  It’s hard to stop working.

Often the way of getting through whatever we’re going through is simply to do our best to do the little things.  To get up.  To keep moving.        

As the fortune cookie says, “Many a false step that was made by standing still.”
