dead troublemakers

dead troublemakers

I know there are days when you wonder if what you’re doing is enough.  You wonder if you are actually making a difference.

You want attention.  And for the right reasons.  You believe you have a message.  Something you believe in.  Something to share with the world.

And yet the world rejects your message.  Well, maybe they don’t reject it.  Maybe they just don’t care.  Maybe they’re apathetic to it.

But you can’t be apathetic because it bleeds from deep within your soul.

And so you carry on.  Without praises.  Without followers.  Without likes.

To share a message that doesn’t conform to society.  That doesn’t garner you accolades along with the rest.  But you keep sharing it because you have to.  Because it is you.  It is you who was created to share that message.

“Every society honors its live conformists and dead troublemakers.”
