lean in

Seriously though, people can be annoying.

They nag.  They whine.  They complain.  

Usually… because there’s a hole.  In them.

They’re missing something.  We’re missing something.  I’m missing something.  

We can brush them off with indifference or we can listen.  We can ask.  We can lean in.  And when we do, we might leave them with a little more hope than they had before.
